The working principle of a corn harvester mainly consists of a cutting rod device, a conveying device, a hydraulic elevator, and so on. During homework, the machine moves forward along the direction of the corn ridge, and the cutting blade cuts off the corn straw. The straw is output in the right direction through the upper, middle, and lower conveyor chains, and is naturally placed to complete harvesting.
The separation of power is achieved by the driver operating the hydraulic lifting system of the tractor. When the main engine is lifted to the stationary position, the two B-type V-belts will stop rotating, cutting off the power input of the diesel engine and achieving power separation. The cutting blade and conveyor belt will stop rotating. On the contrary, it will be in a working rotating state.
